Our History

Pylon Development was originally founded in 2005 in Ierapetra, Crete by Hatzakis Michalis, a Construction Technologist, under the name “TEKMAR TECHNICAL COMPANY S.A.” and represents the evolution of his personal business under the name “HATZAKIS MICHALIS CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES”, which has been active in the field of construction and Real Estate since 1980.

History Goals

Having constructed a series of construction and technical projects over the years, combining experience with innovation, the Company establishes with its presence the standards of modern housing, which includes elements such as ergonomic and modern design, safety, quality and timelessness.

Having the tradition and experience of so many years in the construction of high-standard construction projects, we at PYLON DEVELOPMENT aim to satisfy our customers’ need for housing by providing high-quality, safe, ergonomic and timeless constructions, with responsibility, reliability and respect for the environment and people.

TEKMAR TECHNICAL COMPANY S.A. WAS FOUNDED

Hatzakis Michalis founded Tekmar Technical Compant S.A, previous name of Pylon Development.
